What’s New?

The E-Verify Tentative Non-Confirmation (TNC) process in Talent Platform has been improved to provide a more efficient and transparent workflow for recruiters and candidates.

  • Recruiters can now send a TNC workflow directly from the E-Verify details panel, allowing candidates to review their Further Action Notice and decide whether to take action on their case.

  • Candidates can easily identify incorrect information and make decisions within the workflow.

  • Recruiters will receive email notifications when a candidate flags an issue or makes a decision, enabling timely follow-ups.
